This program is designed to train anti-scam volunteers and those who wish to properly help scam victims. Our training covers the reality of scams, scammers, and most importantly scam victims.

The fee for this product covers the training, certification exam, and also a unique SCARS Mentor Mug available only to SCARS Mentors.

Once you purchase this item, you will receive an introduction email informing you where to start learning, After taking and passing the certification exam, the certificate will be sent digitally (that can be printed if desired) and separately the SCARS Mentor Mug.

Please note that the SCARS Mentor Program fee is non-refundable. No warranties are provided or implied. You must successfully pass the certification exam to obtain the Mentor Certificate.

Learning or training can take approximately 20 hours or as long as you want or need. It does not have to be completed in any specific time period.
